First 3 Steps: FREE
No commitment required
Initial Consultation
A no-obligation conversation — in-person or virtual — where we understand your vision, family needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget. Zero sales pressure. Just listening.
Site Visit & Measurements
Our team visits your space, takes precise measurements, photographs every room, and notes structural constraints. This forms the foundation for accurate planning.
2D Proposal, Quote & Moodboard
We deliver a detailed 2D floor plan, itemized cost quote (transparent line-by-line pricing), and a curated moodboard showing materials, colors, and finishes. Everything in writing.
Premium Stages
Value delivered before commitment
3D Photorealistic Model
A photorealistic 3D render of your space with all design elements. You can request up to 4 revisions. See your home before we build it.
This is the only paid stage before you commit to the full project. Walk away if you're not 100% confident — you've only invested in visualization, not construction.
45–60 Days to Your Dream Home
Once you approve the design and we receive the advance, execution begins immediately. Each stage is personally supervised — from raw material procurement to final installation.
Timeline guarantee in writing:
Zero delays. Zero surprises. Miss the deadline? You get a discount. That's our commitment.
Most clients tell us: “I can't believe you gave us this much detail for free.” That's exactly the point. Trust first. Payment later.
Start Your Free JourneyStep by Step
The Complete Journey,
Step by Step
No jargon. No sales speak. Just an honest walkthrough of exactly what happens from your first call to handover day.
Day 1: Free Initial Consultation
FREEWe Listen. You Share. No Sales Pitch.
Your home isn't a showroom. It's where your family lives, eats, works, and grows. So we start by understanding how you actually live — not what looks good in a magazine.
What We'll Discuss:
- Your daily routines and how each room will be used
- Family composition (kids, elderly parents, pets, guests)
- Design styles you're drawn to (we'll show examples)
- Budget range and priority areas (kitchen? bedrooms? full home?)
- Timeline expectations and move-in dates
Owner-supervised: You speak directly with the person who will design and oversee your project. Not a salesperson. Not a junior coordinator. The owner.
Day 3: Free Site Visit & Measurements
FREEEvery Millimeter Matters. We Measure Everything.
Floor plans from builders are rarely accurate. Walls aren't always straight. Ceilings sag. Electrical points are in the wrong places. We catch these issues before design, not during construction when it's expensive to fix.
What Happens On-Site:
- Laser-accurate measurements of every room, nook, and corner
- Photo documentation from multiple angles
- Assessment of structural constraints (beams, columns, plumbing)
- Electrical and plumbing point verification
- Natural light and ventilation analysis
Owner-supervised: The same person who met you on Day 1 visits your site. Continuity matters — details don't get lost between handoffs.
Day 5: Free 2D Proposal, Quote & Moodboard
FREETransparent Pricing. No Hidden Costs. Everything In Writing.
By Day 5, you'll have a complete picture: floor plans, exact pricing, and visual direction. Most firms make you pay before showing you this. We show you this before you pay anything.
2D Floor Plan
Detailed layout showing furniture placement, modular units, storage solutions, and traffic flow. Every measurement labeled.
Itemized Quote
Line-by-line pricing breakdown. Material costs, labor, hardware — everything transparent. No vague 'package pricing.'
Curated Moodboard
Material samples, color palettes, finish options, hardware styles. See and feel what your home will look like.
Why This Changes Everything:
At this point, you can compare our quote against others with actual specifics. Most of our clients tell us they've never received this level of detail from anyone else — for free or paid.
Owner-supervised: The quote is personally reviewed and explained. Any questions? The owner is one WhatsApp away.
Day 10: 3D Photorealistic Model (Paid Stage)
PAIDSee Your Home Before We Build It . Change Anything Twice .
This is the only paid stage before full commitment. Why? Because photorealistic 3D rendering requires specialized software, skilled designers, and hours of detailed work. But it's worth every rupee — you'll see exactly what you're getting.
What You'll Receive:
- High-resolution 3D renders of every room from multiple angles
- Realistic lighting, textures, and material finishes
- 2 rounds of revisions included (colors, layouts, furniture)
- Walkthrough video (optional, on request)
Still Not 100% Sure?
That's okay. At this stage, you've only paid for visualization — not construction, not materials, not labor. If you're not completely confident after seeing the 3D model and revisions, you can walk away. No hard feelings. No pressure.
Owner-supervised: Revisions are reviewed personally. We don't outsource to generic 3D studios — your designer creates the renders based on your exact brief.
45–60 Days: Execution & Handover
PROJECTOn-Time. On-Budget. Owner-Supervised Every Single Day.
Once you approve the 3D design and we receive your advance, execution begins immediately. Not “next week.” Not “when the team is available.” Immediately.
What Happens During Execution:
Marine-grade plywood, WPC boards, hardware, laminates — sourced from trusted suppliers. Quality-checked before delivery to site.
Our trusted contractor partners fabricate modular units, wardrobes, TV units, and false ceilings with precision cutting and finishing.
Units are transported and installed with millimeter-level precision. Leveling, alignment, soft-close mechanisms — everything perfect.
Concealed wiring, switch placement, lighting fixtures installed. Tested for safety.
Final paint coats, touch-ups, hardware polishing. Deep cleaning before handover.
Room-by-room walkthrough. We demonstrate every drawer, cabinet, switch, and feature. Warranty documents handed over.
Timeline Guarantee (In Writing):
45–60 days for standard 2–3BHK projects. If we miss the deadline, you receive a discount. That's our commitment. 50+ projects. Zero delays. Ever.
Owner-supervised: Daily site visits. Material quality checks. Contractor coordination. The owner doesn't 'check in occasionally' — they're there every day.
Payment Structure
Payment Tied to Progress.
You See the Work Before You Pay.
No lump-sum upfront. No blind trust required. Payments are milestone-based — you release funds only when each phase is complete and verified .
Booking Advance
Paid after you approve the 3D design and we finalize the timeline. This reserves your slot and confirms material orders.
Design Approval
Paid once you've reviewed and approved all final drawings, material selections, and modifications. Work begins the next day.
Mid-Execution
Paid when carpentry and fabrication are 60–70% complete. You'll see units taking shape before releasing this payment.
Final Handover
Paid after complete installation, finishing, cleaning, and your final walkthrough. Not a rupee before you're 100% satisfied.
Why This Structure Protects You:
Large firms often demand 50–70% upfront. Our milestone system keeps everyone accountable. You hold the majority of payment until the work is done. You're protected if anything goes wrong.
You Work Directly With the Owner .
Not a Salesperson. Not a Junior Designer.
Why Personal Supervision Changes Everything
At large corporate design chains, you meet a salesperson who hands you off to a designer you've never met. By the time your project is done, you've dealt with 5–6 different people.
Here's what we do differently:
- ✓Same person from Day 1 to handover. The owner personally handles your consultation, design, material selection, and site supervision.
- ✓Daily site visits during execution. Not “weekly check-ins.” Not “remote monitoring.” Physical presence every single day.
- ✓Direct WhatsApp access. Questions about material finishes? Concerns about installation? Message the owner directly. Response within hours.
- ✓Personal accountability. When one person is responsible for the entire project, there's nowhere to hide. No finger-pointing between departments.
“We've worked with two other interior firms before. Both times, the designer we met during consultation disappeared after we signed. This time, the same person who understood our needs was on-site every day. That's the difference.”
Your Kochi Home, Managed From Anywhere
Distance shouldn't mean uncertainty. We've refined a system specifically for NRI clients that gives you more visibility than most clients who are physically present .
Standard Process (Kochi-Based Clients)
Day 1 consultation, Day 3 site visit, Day 10 design review — all face-to-face.
Clients can drop by anytime to check progress (though most don't — they trust the daily updates we send via WhatsApp).
WhatsApp messages, phone calls, quick in-person clarifications.
Managing a project remotely? We've done this 15+ times. We know exactly what NRIs worry about — and we've built systems to address every concern.
Schedule International CallOur Approach
No Templates. No Copy-Paste.
Your Home, Your Story.
Large firms show you a catalog and ask “which package?” We ask “how do you live?” The difference? Your design is built around your family, not their template library .
What We DON'T Do
"Choose from Package A, B, or C." Your home deserves better than off-the-shelf designs used in 50 other apartments.
Same modular kitchen layout for everyone, regardless of how you cook or who uses the kitchen daily.
You meet the senior designer once. A junior executes your project using the firm's standard templates.
"Sorry, you've used your one free revision. Additional changes cost extra."
What We DO Instead
Day 1: We ask about your daily routines. Who cooks? Do you work from home? Do you entertain guests? Do your kids need study space? Your answers shape every design decision.
No two homes are the same. Awkward column? We design around it. Low ceiling? We use visual tricks. Small kitchen? We maximize every inch.
The person who understands your vision is the same person who designs your space and supervises execution. No handoffs. No miscommunication.
We include 2 formal revision rounds in the 3D stage. But if you need small tweaks during execution — color changes, hardware swaps — we work with you.
Bottom line: Your home should reflect how your family lives — not how a designer's portfolio looks. We design for you, not for Instagram.
Real Example: How Customisation Works in Practice
Client Brief:
“We're a young couple. She bakes professionally from home. He works remotely. We need a kitchen that doubles as a workspace during the day, plus a home office nook for video calls.”
Our Solution:
We designed an extended kitchen island with power outlets for mixers and laptops, pendant lighting for task focus, and a fold-down desk in the adjacent dining area with a neutral backdrop for Zoom calls. No template would have solved this.
